Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. It provides early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds and actively promotes the wellbeing of young people. It is not only an informative website for young people, their families and friends, but also for health professionals. Services and support can be accessed through the website or national Headspace Centres. Online counselling called eheadspace, and other support programs, can also be accessed. Headspace Centres are located across metropolitan and regional areas of Australia. See the website for further information.
